Registration for OCEANS '09 Biloxi is now open!
BEFORE YOU REGISTER:
There are now three ways to register for the OCEANS conference - read below to see which one you should use.
Before you begin the registration process, have your MTS, IEEE OES, or IEEE IMS membership number handy. Methods of payment include credit card (preferred), with MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express accepted. Alternative methods of payment are check/money order, bank/wire transfer, and purchase order. All payment must be in US Dollars. Purchase Orders made out to OCEANS ’09 MTS/IEEE Biloxi, 1103 Balch Blvd, Building 1103, Stennis Space Center, MS 39529. E-mail POC: info@oceans09mtsieeebiloxi.org.
AUTHORS:
If you are the author or co-author responsible for registering a paper that has been accepted in the regular technical program or the Student Poster Competition, you should not register here. You will be asked to register your paper as part of the paper upload procedure and that paper registration will also include your conference registration. Only one author may be included with each paper registration. One author can register up to three papers. You will receive instructions for preparing and uploading your paper when and if it is accepted; the review process is going on now. Contact info@oceans09mtsieeebiloxi.org if you have any questions..
ATTENDEES:
Conference attendees who are not submitting papers register here.
Registration is required even if you plan to attend only the Exhibition portion of OCEANS ’09 Biloxi, as well as for tutorials and other conference events. The Exhibition Hall admission is free.
Once you have registered, if you need to change your registration, add tutorials or conference events, contact info@oceans09mtsieeebiloxi.org.

Single day package includes access to all technical presentations and exhibition hall and coffee breaks offered on day of attendance; a conference bag and proceedings CD. Event tickets are available separately for purchase.
Student registration includes access to all technical presentations and exhibition hall, a conference bag, and proceedings CD. Event tickets are available separately for purchase. Students will be asked to verify full-time enrollment in a matriculating program.
Exhibits Only includes access to the Exhibit Hall on all days of the conference.
