Tuesday, Oct.27th: 8:00am-7:30pm (includes Exhibitor's Reception)

Wednesday, Oct 28th: 8:00am-5:30pm

Thursday, Oct 29th: 8:00am-3:30pm (includes Exhibit Hall lunch)

Exhibitor Tear down: Thursday, October 29, 3:30PM 

CONTRACTED EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION:

Exhibitors will receive an e-mail with a Registration Pass Code. Once this is received, please register your exhibit booth staff here.

Exhibitors are set up within the registration system with one full registration (includes access to all regular conference events, a CD, and conference bag) and two “Exhibits Only” registrations (includes access to the exhibit hall only), unless otherwise requested. If you require additional booth staff, please contact info@oceans09mtsieeebiloxi.org. Note that if the e-mail recipient/organization POC plans to work in the exhibit booth, their name must be entered as Exhibitor Staff.

Exhibit booths are now being reserved for OCEANS 2009 MTS/IEEE Biloxi. The high concentration of regional marine science, technology and engineering activities conducted by federal agencies, industry, academia, and research institutes make this a must-attend conference! More than 2000 program managers, buyers, technical experts, and marine science professionals are expected. Exhibit hall traffic will be optimal – all attendees enter the conference through the exhibit hall.
